A night view from my balcony window.
Day 12 of my four month long exchange to Penang, Malaysia. It is hard to believe it has only been a little less than two weeks. It feels as though we have been here for at least a couple of months. I have to say the place is growing on me, culture shock is dwindling and only a few things that continue to bother me, that being taxi drivers trying to scam us because we're international... but we'll smarten up to the costs around here.
I am going to attempt to update this as much as possible now that I finally fixed the problem that had my blog taking forever to load. And while forever may only be 2-3 minutes extra in North America, over here my internet connection can take 10-12 minutes to load a webpage. I almost forget what fast internet is like.
