Today is the beginning of our long weekend. No school until Wednesday, it's a much needed break for me to catch up on my school readings, though from what it looks like now I'll probably wait to the end of the break to start it. More procrastination.
Right now I am watching the first season of the show called Firefly. Before yesterday I had only heard of the title of the show and didn't really know much about it besides that it was in space and the future. One of my room mates watched it and decided to buy the entire series on DVD. From watching two episodes so far it's a pretty good show. It's almost like an old cowboy tv show but in space.

hey Mike..... there was also a movie made after the series was cancelled... have you guys heard of it? It is called Serenity .... the name of their ship. We love it. The humour is great isn't it? too bad the series was not continued...
